Sam has 20 years of varied restaurant experience from working in restaurants in Los Angeles, Greenville, Anderson, and now Clemson. In 2015, he decided to open Sam's Gyro and Shish Kabab to give Clemson the authentic Greek and Mediterranean experience he knows and loves.
